AHA Refund Policy

The Australasian Hepatology Association (AHA) reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course/event. If this occurs, registration fees paid will be refunded in full or your registration will be transferred to an alternative date, but the AHA bears no responsibility for any other costs incurred (such as flights, accommodation, travel expenses or loss of income).

Should you be unable to attend an AHA course/event for which you have registered and paid, you may transfer your registration to another AHA course/event (which may be the next year), OR a substitute delegate is welcome to attend in your place, so long as the AHA has been notified in writing in advance of the course/event.

All registrants for AHA courses/events must have paid their registration fees in full prior to attending or they risk non-admission at the event.

If you wish cancel your registration for a course/event, you must notify the AHA Office in writing. Refunds will be available as per the following conditions:

•    If notification received more than two weeks prior to course/event date – FULL REFUND
•    If notification received less than two weeks prior to the course/event date – REFUND less $50 administration fee
•    If notification received AFTER the course/event date – NO REFUND.
