According to the Australasian Hepatology Association’s (AHA) Committee of Management, the Association’s strength comes from its members. They lead by example as they:

•    Inspire a shared vision about what can be achieved in the field of hepatology
•    Work collaboratively with other people and organisations
•    Encourage and support members and colleagues
•    Challenge practices and processes as necessary in order to improve support and care for people affected by liver related disease
•    Demonstrate commitment, passion and professionalism in the work that they do
•    Acknowledge and value the diversity of the workforce and people affected by liver disease

Perhaps most importantly, AHA members have fun while working together to achieve a common goal.
